Insurance Billing

Independent Medical Supply Inc. will have you pay up front for the items you are purchasing but for your convience we will submit a claim to your insurance company for you to be able to receive some reimbursement. The customer is responsible for sending in the prescription so that we are able to submit the claim.

Medicare Billing

We ask that you let us know if you have Medicare Part B. A major portion of what we sell is eligible for reimbursement by Medicare. You will need to provide us with proper documentation from your physician stating what item and the reason for this item. Even though we still have you pay up front we are more than happy to submit the claim for you.

Note: We do ask that you call if you have any questions regarding the billing of any one certain item.
