Refund Policy

   Our return policy states that if the item is not in resalable condition is is not returnable unless there is a manufacture defect. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used. If the item was a special order you will not be able to return the item and will be told at the time of the order that it is an item that we normally do not stock and that it is non-returnable.

Independent Medical Supply, Inc. will honor all warranties from the manufactures that we deal with.
