 The Mayo Telephone Office strives to deliver accurate, expedient and consistent service to all of our customers in a manner that is couteour and professional while role modeling Mayo's commitment to quality care.

 The Mayo Clinc/Hospitals Telephone Operations Center commits to a customer work environment in which all information received or disbursed and handled in a prompt, professional, precise manner, and which consistently supports the Franciscan/Mayo Medical Center Values of Respect, Teamwork, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Compassion, Spirital and Primacy of the Patient.
